About the Instructor

Chef Jeff Hardinger is a jovial, talented chef of Vietnamese descent, known for his expertise in global cuisines. His culinary journey in Eugene began with the SEHS culinary program, followed by LCC, and also at the now-closed Excelsior Inn. Before moving to New York City, Chef Jeff was part of the opening teams at Marché and Ring of Fire. In New York, he honed his skills at world-renowned restaurants such as Ruby Foos, Breeze, Rockefeller Center, and Long Tan. It was there that he met his wife and business partner, a fellow chef, and together they now run Krob Krua, their beloved Thai restaurant.

Cancellation Policy- Any cancellation up to two weeks prior to your event date will be refunded 100%. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations received less than 2 weeks before your event start date, however, you may always send a friend in your place if you’re unable to attend. If a class needs to be canceled due to a natural disaster, public health crisis, or other act of nature that will prevent the class from being safely completed, then the attendee that made the booking is eligible to collect a full refund or credit for a future class at Long Table Farm.
