Learn how to create fiery fermented hot sauces with vegetables you grow, for the purpose of selling these value-added foods under Oregon’s Farm Direct Marketing Law. Participants will learn how to craft safe recipes, and will take home their creations!
Hands-on demos led by experienced OSU Master Food Preservers. In collaboration with Oregon State University Extension Service and Lane County Farmers Market.
